I haven't seen this posted for a while. I think it's helpful for newbies and for sleevers who are stalled (like shutterfly) and looking for inspiration.

Breakfast: Coffee with rice milk

Lunch: 2 ounces chicken breast, 2 bites noodles, small portion fresh papaya

Dinner: I'm eating out and the only thing I find remotely tasty at this restaurant is chicken parmesan (with breading and most of cheese scraped off), cooked carrots, onions, and zucchini

Snack: Coffee w/vitamins and papaya or banana

Water: Gotta get going on this

Vitamins: Soon

Exercise: 3 miles moderate walking

How do you purée the chicken?  Can you use a blender?

Sorry I just saw this. I cook it, cut it up in small pieces and put it with chicken broth or light soup in a food processor. Looks gross, tastes delicious!

Sure! My wife altered a recipe she found here on the Recipe forum and it turned out great.

Prepared in a crockpot:

  • 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3 small cans cream of chicken
  • Season to taste with salt, pepper, onion powder

Cook for about 8 hours on low setting in Crockpot. Shred the chicken in the crockpot before serving.

Serve in a small bowl for WLS people, or over pasta for kids and regular people.
