It was nice that Peyton Manning retired with another Super Bowl win. I'm sure that not everyone agrees! Well, goodbye to football until autumn. In the meantime, back to business as usual:

B: Fresh pineapple and papaya, black coffee

L: Tuna, red radishes, rice

D: TBD

S: Papaya

W&V: On track

E: Walked up (and down) about 75 super steep steps to see the 26-meter statue of Jesus de la Miseracordia overlooking the harbor of San Juan del Sur. Trying to stay on my feet in gale-force winds took some doing too. 1/2-hour swim scheduled for later.

I would have trouble with the fresh pineapple and radishes.  Not sure why but fibrous foods do not break down in my stomach... I swear 2 hours later I can vomit them up undigested.

B:  SF carnation instant breakfast

S:  pepper jack cheese stick

L:  siggis strawberry

S:  carrot ( not digesting well)

D:  chicken marsala

S:  no sugar added fudgesicle.

Hardcoring it today(at least my idea of hard coring it)

V:  yes

L:  yes

E:  no, we are in a blizzard, and I could do a tape or the eliptical, but we are in a blizzzard ;)

No fibrous vegs or fruits? That's rough. I'd be lost without my vegs, although it did take more than 6 months post-op before I could manage them.
