What cha eating today, VSGers? - Friday

Hi All,

Wow.  Its Friday again.  My grandchildren are coming for a sleep over this weekend.  It should be joyful, but exhausting. 

I'm sticking to plan again, and looking forward to getting back to goal. 

breakfast - salmon

Lunch - crustless mushroom quiche

Dinner - spaghetti squash casserole

vitamins -on track

water - good

exercise - walking.  I'm getting 5K steps on my fitbit most days.

How about you?  What are you eating?  what do you have planned for the weekend?

Heading off to a state park for a weekend of camping and relaxation

B:  breakfast burrito from McD's

L:  probably on the fly - cheese and pepperoni?

D:  my husband will get a chinese plate and i will eat some beef and veg from it

E:  intend to walk 

V:  not yet

L:  working on it... iced coffee :p

My husband and I took our boat to a neighboring marina's club for their opening weekend. We're having the club dinner tonight, but there are a few things on the menu I won't be having (see D below).

B: Cantaloupe and coffee

L: Chicken breast w/BBQ sauce, arugula w/balsamic vinegar

D: Crab cake, salad, green beans (what I won't be having: twice-baked potatoes, dinner rolls, chocolate silk pie)

W&V: On track

E: Handling boat lines; maybe a walk later

It's on occasions like this that I'm glad I told everyone about my surgery. I know they'll be watching what I eat, and I don't care if they're hoping I'll succeed or fail -- either way, it helps me get through devil-carb events like this one.

I am off to Disneyland & CA Adventure for some Memorial Day weekend fun.

B- Coffee, chicken meatballs and yogurt

L- crab cake and yogurt

snack- Wonderslim poppers

D- not sure??

snack-maybe some popcorn

vitamins-yes

water/fluids- 64 oz so far
