Go to breakfast other than eggs?

i have been eating eggs with either bacon or chicken sausage most every day for breakfast.  It's a meal that I really like but getting wicked tired of it.  And I'm finding that the protein shakes just don't fill me up like they used to.  Can anyone make some suggestions for some new things for me to try??

I don't have it very often, but I do enjoy a Healthy Life English muffin with either salmon or smoked whitefish with a slice of muenster cheese & a slice of tomato. Not a bagel, but not the carbs or calories of a bagel. 

There are also a number of recipes on Pinterest for ricotta or cottage cheese pancakes that are good with sugar free jam. Try wrapping one around a breakfast-size turkey or chicken sausage for a "pig in the blanket."

I have beef jerky or beef sticks for easy take with me snacks.  Also enjoy left overs such as pulled pork or smoked salmon.  It's not a "normal" breakfast but it's something, it's filling, and it's always new.  I gave up on "breakfast" foods after surgery because I just eat what works.

I love having leftovers for breakfast, it is always new.  The other day I made soy and ginger tuna steaks for dinner and when I had four ounces for breakfast the next day my wife looked at me like I was nuts but it was great!  That's alway a great option and this from a guy who loves breakfast food.

I love breakfast but I dont have time for bacon and eggs on work morning.  But I do love making breakfast casseroles and taking those for left overs.  However that's rare too.  But more often than not I have the left over pork, an extra chicken theigh, part of something I couldn't eat and there is it is... Breakfast.

Greek yogurt with TVP sprinkled on it. If it is just the yogurt it doesn't hold me over, but with the TVP it does. It is crunchy like grape nuts if you are not familiar with it.

Steel cut oats cooked in unsweetened almond milk with cinnamon and vanilla extract. YUUUUUUMMMMM.  If you watch your carbs this may be high - I never counted mine and ate this through the entire second half of my weight loss stage.  Also 4 reduced fat triscuits with a mini baby bell cheese or 1/4 cup kashi mixed into greek yogurt.

Okay, hungry now - got to go have breakfast, lol
