I feel like my snacks are too carb filled. What dense protein snacks do you eat that are portable besides protein shakes and bars? I am always on the go so I need something that I can easily carry around with me.

Apples are definitely not in my way of eating plan!  Ditto for applesauce.

I use a lot of string cheese and tuna packets.  I use the tuna only 2-3x weekly, but it works very well.  I also use hard boiled eggs, which I eat with a tsp of hummus.  I usually just eat meals instead of snacks, though.  .

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Full fat string cheese, baby bell cheese, single packet almond butter, moon cheese, cold cuts, tuna/salmon packets, powdered pb, beef jerky, Kirkland steak strips.

If you travel by car maybe you can keep a small cooler in the car so that you can keep some food with you while you're on the go.
