Excellent job!! I'm feeling extremely tired today. Not sure what's going on. (but bloated because of girly time - so I assume that's why I am tired. Lately around this time I get this tired, but today is bad). I almost may leave work (and skip my 2nd job) it's that bad.

I'm so happy for you, Gwen.  Way to go!

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken fried "rice" with riced cauliflower

Dinner - spaghetti squash with taco toppings

snack - Dijon lime chicken

water and vitamins - on track

exercise - not so much -  I'm really not motivated.  When I was in Boston last weekend, I walked over 15,000 steps each day, but at home, I'm not motivated.  I think I need to move to a city.  This country life isn't so good for me!

I might need a whiskey for the debate the way our politics goes....

  1. RTD Premier shake
  2. low carb "sandwich" made with ham, cheese, lettuce.
  3. High protein chicken noodle-less soup.
  4. Siggi yogurt (5 ounces)

Snacks: orange, string cheese, 1oz nuts (if hungry)

Resisting: Panera bagels and pastry the drug reps brought for the psychiatrists and us... -_-

I can eat today.  Yay!  Stretching seems to help with the hernia.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Those drug reps are sneaky. Why do they always come with fatty food? They should bring cheese and apples! Good job on resisting. I got sucked into a pastry today.

On a side note I had a whoosh week. I weigh myself daily but only log once a week officially.Last week I gained a lb. That was a big bummer. This week I lost 4 lbs. My sweet spot for loosing seems to be between 1100 and 1200 calories daily.
