First day in the entire term that I could sleep in and not feel guilty for wasting time.  It did come at the cost of missing fitness classes, but I'm 100% okay with that.  I've been running on empty for many weeks now and really needed the rest.

In other news, I aced my Anatomy & Physiology exam last night!  So I have secured As in lecture and lab for the term.  HUGE relief since I felt like I was completely not cut out for this A&P stuff after a horrible Intro A&P class last term.

1: protein shake and pumpkin muffin
2: smoked salmon
3: grilled filet mignon, herb butterbrussels sprouts gratin

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: lolz!

How about you?

Congrats on acing your test.  Good work.

The scale is slowly drifting down - I'm encouraged after a slight upward bump the last few days.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - Dijon lime chicken

dinner - buffalo chicken casserole

I registered for a Spanish immersion class in Seville Spain for this Spring.  6 weeks of Spanish immersion should help my studies!  I'm so excited, and I'm so proud of myself to be doing this on my own.  I never had the courage to travel on my own in my youth, but its never too late.

It will be an adventure - and I sorely need an adventure now.

Have a good Wednesday, everyone.

I'm jealous - I find it harder and harder to sleep in anymore.  I went to bed well after midnight Monday night, had trouble falling asleep and was still up at 6, ughhh (old age, haha)

L:  out at sandwich shop - beef, cabbage, sriracha, burrito - ate about 1/3 of it, so good

D:  ravioli from the fresh ravioli shop - I can usually get in about 2-3, but they are worth it.

V:  semi-on track

Note: I'm following a very high-fat diet for a few weeks to get rid of Gluten Bloat.

Meal #1: coffee

Meal #2: bunless culvers burger w/green beany things

Meal #3: enough butter and salami to make my nutritionist cry.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
