ARGH.  OH ate my post and now I don't feel like being witty again!  Short version:  It's super cold.  Thank you all for your awesome well wishes for me and my exams.  I'm almost finished the term, just my final for PHY1010 left which I'll start today and finish by Sunday.  Then I'm free until 1/4 when the 2-week winter term starts and I'll be taking SOC1010 which I'm excited about!  I also start vestibular rehab today to address the BPPV that's been plaguing me since March.  

1: protein shake
2: the smoked salmon I didn't have time for yesterday
3: Quinoa Enchilada Casserole (with added ground chicken) - the guys asked for a casserole

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: pilates/yoga hybrid class, tai chi class, pilates class

Its cold here in New England, too.

Good news! I was so hungry yesterday, and I stuck to my plan.  Today my weight is down and I'm under 165 pounds again.  But the house-cleaner moved the scale yesterday, so I'm thinking its not a true reading.  But its nice to see in any case.

Lunch will be my first meal as I'm meeting friends at a seafood restaurant and they have a great salad with salmon on top.  It'll be a big meal, but all healthy

Dinner - buffalo chicken - I'll skip this if I can because dinner will be big, as well.

second dinner - eating out at an Indian restaurant with friends.  I'll try to be good

snack - almonds

Happy Friday everyone.  My grandson's birthday party is tomorrow, so I see a piece of cake in my future.

Chilly in Jersey too! All the dunkins were packed! Got me some decaf with almond milk to warm me up and sip on all morning. Yay for your small breaks!

Lost some more lbs again. Lost 3.4lbs this week. I have been doing great without snacking. Yesterday I didn't have 1 snack! One day at a time.

B shake

L cauliflower mash, & turkey meatloaf

D - unsure. I am going to take my God daughters to a drive-thru Christmas light show. They want hot chocolate. I packed a PP shake, to heat up before we go, for my 'hot chocolate'. Not sure where I will take them for a bite to eat. So the shake will do. If we go somewhere, I'll aim for some type of chicken. Or chili.

Snack if needed I had split a greek yogurt into 2 containers, with berries. I have them if needed.

Liquids on track!

No exercise again. Working 10 hours then taking the girls to that drive-thru Christmas show. There's a bit of walking if we get out of the car. Boo.

It is cold outside. I have my fleece on in the house to keep me warm.

B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese

L cheeseburger 

D finally the last of the cream of chicken with peas and riced veggies

S Greek yogurt,  turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

E i did do my exercise yesterday. My legs were hurting when i got done. Will do again today, walk away the pounds dvd

Its warming up here! We were -12 yesterday morning but it was 0 today! I haven't been a great eater lately. Eating tiny portions, but not always the best things. Always protein first, but too many carbs. 

B: cheese and pita chips

D: not sure. I'm hoping my hubby wants to go out for steak :-)
