Hi Folks,

Last week I had a new sleep study. In February, two months before surgery I was diagnosed with SEVERE SLEEPING APNEA. After loosing 190lb, on eight months, test results was super positive. I HAVE NO MORE SLEEPING APNEA at all. Nothing. Cured. My physician was so impressed and he explicitly sad that he sees this very rarely.

Losing weight saves lives . Period. :D

Best

That's so amazing. I was never diagnosed with sleep apnea, but before surgery I used to snore. After I lost a good portion of my weight I stopped snoring.

This is really encouraging. I'm also severe and wonder if I'll still need my sidekick after weight loss. I'm hoping, hoping, hoping I get your kind of results!

That's awesome -- I'd love to not have to drag the "grey bag" around with me wherever I go.

Hi from NH

So glad you posted this! I was diagnosed with severe apnea about 3 weeks ago as part of my pre-op testing. I hate the C pap machine - can't get used to it no matter what I do.

You give me hope that I can take it back at some point.

Thanks! Congrats!
