Hi folks, my name is Rachel. I have apparently had a profile here since 2008 but have just started using it the last few days when everything went crazy over on the other forum I was a part of. So, I had sleeve done 9/28/15 and in the time since surgery I have lost 176 pounds but a total of 226 from my heaviest weight. I had always been heavy literally since birth (I was 10.4 lbs at birth), so this whole coming into being a "normal" size is a whole new world for me. I try to offer sound advise based on my experience if I feel that I can add value to a topic and I love to learn as much as possible from those who have been down this road before me.
