We are going to the movies tonight!  Not sure what we are going to see.. I want to see Moonlight but not sure its a fun for the whole family type of movie. :-) I'll have to go by myself like you one day.  I prepped a bunch of food this weekend but didnt really "plan" any meals so it's all pretty much grab and go at this point!

B: coffee, 1/2 & 1/2, 4 oz cottage cheese

L: 3 oz rotisserie chicken with 1/2 oz shredded cheese, 1 tbsp ranch dressing, dash of wing sauce with lettuce wrapped in small Trader Joe's Low Carb tortilla

D: Not sure... planned on making spaghetti with meat sauce for the family and just putting my sauce in a portobella mushroom and baking it.... However, we promised our son a movie tonight so it may be something more grab and go.

Snacks: hard boiled egg, string cheese and probably more coffee!

Exercise: No gym tonight so I am walking on my lunch. Just gonna take a 30 minute walk to get some steps in.

Have a great day!

Hi Kitty,

I saw the movie, "Moonlight" yesterday and I don't believe it is a "family" type movie.  It was good, in my opinion, but there was some sexual connotations and language that would probably not be appropriate for kids. Although kids today aren't immune to anything any more.  A couple sitting behind us walked out during the movie.  In my opinion, "Hidden Figures" and "Lion", would be more for family entertainment.  They are the only other ones I have seen besides "Manchester by the Sea."  Enjoy your evening, whatever you decide to see.

Moonlight would depend on the ages of your family members.
