NSV - even 3 + years out

Well I couldn't find my jeans this morning and it was super irritating b/c it's Friday and the only day I can wear jeans to work.

I've been in a size 12 for the past year or so.

I found another pair of jeans in my closet but after seeing they were a size 10, knew they wouldn't fit.... but they fit! and super well.

I'm definitely heavier than when I wore a size 10 before, but also way stronger -- yay for compact muscles. :) and my 13 lbs loss over the past couple of months.

I've noticed that myself,

I'm up 32lbs from my lowest, but everythingstill fits,

and not squeezing myself into it fits, either!

I'm crediting it to the LBL, BL and arms I had done,

since I haven't worked out in YEARS!

do I wanna take off 20 anyway, HELL YEA!
