Hi all!  Since there are a lot of new people here, just wanted to mention that this post is open for all to join. Many of us find that posting our plans daily helps to keep us accountable.  :)

Today is my one day of freedom between winter term and spring term.  My winter term class was horrible and I ran out of ways to express my outrage for it.  I'm looking forward to a great spring term, though!  I have anatomy/physiology with a professor I already know to be amazing, statistics being taught by my best friend, and intro to art appreciation online.  Then I graduate with my associates in exercise and sport science in May!  Can't wait to finish up this stage of life and move on to the next.

1: protein shake
2: out for indian with my aforementioned bff - I think I'll go vegan so we can share things
3: leftover night, so I'll be working on the lunch meat that no one ate over the weekend

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga for stretching

How about you?

I went out to eat with a dear friend last night and did pretty well.  I had about half a ribeye steak and two mini jalapeno cornbread muffins (they were sooo sweet they could have been desert!).  So today, I will be a little more stingy and conservative.

S: L&F Greek bluberry

L: premier protein vanilla

D: 91g Chicken breast and 60g quinoa

Congrats on nearing the end of your schooling, Gwen! I am planning on going back this year and it's gonna be a bear, I know.  Ugh...

Last night SUCKED!  I was fine all day then my mood just deteriorated at work from 4 to 530 pm... by the time I left, I wanted to claw someone's eyes out! I got home, yelled at my poor husband and just wanted to lay on the bed.  I didn't make pork chops for dinner like I planned and my husband ordered Chinese food which I just took bites of and kinda grazed my way through the kitchen for dinner. Not the best decision! Oh well.... Back to normal today!

B: Premier banana protein shake and COFFEE with 1/2 & 1/2

L: Low-carb turkey chili with cheese

S: 2 oz ham with string cheese

D: 4 oz ground beef with taco seasoning on lettuce with cheese, sour cream and salsa

Have a great day, everyone!

Haha!  "The end of your schooling."  :D  It's really just the end of this first step, which is my AA.  In June I'll be starting work on my two BSes (Gerontolong/Aging Services and Health Management Services).  I hope that I'll stop there, at least for a while, but I worry that I'll have trouble finding the work I want to do with only BS degrees.  So.. we'll see.  But it sure is nice to be almost finished with this first part!

What are you planning on going back to school for?  Do you have a degree already?  I dropped out of college when I was 20 and never really thought about going bac****il I got my life together post-WLS.  This is one of the reasons why I say that WLS didn't just let me do the things I wanted to do, it helped me to do things I never even knew I wanted to do :D

I am also going back for my BS in Business with a minor in Human Resources.  I have about 2 years worth of credits but dropped out when I was 20 and started working full time planning on going back... 15 years later and i work in HR but really can't go any further without my degree.  So I gotta get back into it if I ever want to move up.  My company has tuition reimbursement so it's just me needing to motivate myself to jump back in!

Awesome!  As an almost-40 college student, the college experience is so totally different now compared to when I was 18-20.  It's amazing what almost 20 years of life experience brings to my studies.

B: 1.5 oz 90% lean hamburger meat

1/2 c. cottage cheese with sliced fresh strawberries

L: 3 oz pan seared boneless skinless chicken breast

1/3 cup red beans

D: 3/4 c. unstuffed cabbage roll soup

1/2 c sugar free lemon pudding and 1/3 c. fresh blueberries

Snack, if needed: reduced fat mozzarella string cheese

Walking at work and trying to make 64 oz of water today.  It is still a challenge for me.  :(

Not stress craving, but maybe PMS? I want to go to a Chinese buffet or a Golden Corral and eat the world. But I wont! The Advocare 10 day challenge ends tomorrow night. I already notice my belly flab has gone down. Woop! Starting to slowly pack up my stuff. I don't move until March 1st (ish) but, working 2 jobs 5 days a week, sometimes 6, is atrocious with time.

B shake

L tuna salad, and a little beef barley soup with veggies

S if needed either pepperoni, or celery and PB

D its a double work day and I have errands with the BF later, so I have 2 cold cut roll ups. Not sure what ill have when I get home. Maybe some tuna salad.

Liquids on track!

Exercise...shopping for the house counts, right??
