It's Friday!  Thank goodness.  The end of some unexpected craziness is almost in sight!  I've got fitness classes this morning, then some time in the library to finish up my essay that's due tonight.  Then it's bereavement group (for which I haven't had time to do the "homework") followed by a private pilates session on the reformer to get my knee in shape.  After that I get to go home - yay.  :)  But at home I'll need to prepare for my adult literacy student because I'm meeting with him tomorrow at 9am.  And I also need to prepare for my Q&A with my congresscritter which is happening after I meet with my student!  AAAAAAAAH.  Thank goodness for slow cookers.

exercise: pilates/yoga hybrid class, tai chi class, pilates class, private pilates reformer session

Maybe I should just go back to bed.

B Most of my premiere protein shake. It was rough getting down what I did. Not sure why I'm 6 years out?!?

S 2 boiled eggs no yolks

L Left over grilled chicken and brussel sprouts

S string cheese or boiled eggs no yolks

D Crock pot whole chicken (I'm not eating the whole chicken lol) asparagus

 

I didn't get all my water in yesterday so I'm going to work on that today.. My goal this weekend is to stay away from beer.. I normally drink every weekend, I need to find a new hobby.

TGIF, literally. I am a zombie. I can't have caffeine, so decaf coffee it is, as is my usual breakfast. I am so exhausted my eyeballs hurt. Its an 11 hour day then I have dinner with a friend! More Mexican food! I cant wait to sleep in tomorrow morning.

Happy Friday!  Warm, sunny, day today.  I am going to enjoy as much time outside as possible today.  Gym @ lunch time.

B:  Fairlife milk (skim), ON protein powder, 1/4 c. Plain Greek yogurt low fat, Miralax, ice 

L:  tuna, lettuce, Kalamatta olives 5, light mayo

D:  crock pot pork roast, 2 Tbsp. mashed sweet potato (leftover), veggie

Its supposed to be warm this weekend so I better get out and enjoy it.

B omelet with spinach,  orange pepper,  ham and cheese and string cheese 

L cottage cheese,  tuna and baby carrots 

D cheeseburger and some kind of veggie 

S Greek yogurt,  turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

Hi gang!  Long day today.  Working 8 hrs and then have our biggest fundraiser of the year for my rescue group, The Animal Rescue Alliance, Tunes for TARA, 6pm-10pm.  It is at Boulevard Brewery and I'll be selling raffle tickets, so hope I get in a lot of extra steps!

B: Chocolate Premier mixed with 2 T PB Fit

L: Oscar Meyer Mesquite Turkey slices and string cheese

S: Activia Light vanilla yogurt, 4 oz.

D: at Boulevard, mini appetizers offered: tomato/basil/mozzarella, jalepeno chili meatball, veggies and roasted red pepper dip

Yesterdays food was on track: 

Calories-922, Fat-28.3g, Fiber-4.3g, Carbs-59.6g, Sodium-1374.6mg, Protein-103.2g, Water-69 fl oz.  Daily Calorie Composition: 26% from carbs, 28% from fat and 46% from protein. 

Todays weigh in was disappointing on one hand, but not demeaning:  I'm sitting at 200 still.  

Keeping up the good work:

I love that you break down your nutrient intake, Rachel.  It's a great comparison tool.  I've totally got to get my fat and carb grams down and my protein up (45 f 45 c, 78 protein)!  :(  Only lost  1/2 lb this week, but I won't give up!  :)
