Yesterday I figured out how I'm paying for plastic surgery, so I still feel super excited about that.  The only pieces of the puzzle left are figuring out timing for surgeries 2 and 3 with my school schedule and to figure out what my insurance will/won't cover if there are complications post-op.  Yay!  

I also finally have all the pieces of my new vitamin schedule together.  Getting back into the habit of taking vitamins 4x a day is going to suck :P  

Today is a super busy day here.  I have an orthopedist appointment for my knee this morning and then it's college for the rest of the day - class, "destination graduation" so I can graduate in May, and choir.  

1: protein shake
2: ham and cheese
3: leftover goulash if the guys haven't eaten it all - omg, it was so good

liquids and vites: on track
exercise: yoga if I have time, walk around campus otherwise

Congrats, Gwen! 

I am working from home today so I don't have much planned in the way of food. I don't really even have a plan to get out of my pajamas until around 1 pm so I'm playing this fast and loose guys... 

Tomorrow morning I have my yearly physical examine for my work insurance premium discount and I'm actually really excited.  My BMI is going to actually be in the Overweight category instead of Obese this time and from all the running, my heart rate and blood pressure are super low.  I'm pretty sure my cholesterol and other stats are going to be really good too.  I'm looking forward to seeing the results. 

 

B: Scrambled egg with cheese and coffee

L: Roast beef rollups (Roast Beef around string cheese cooked in a pan) dipped in mustard

S: Nuts or Kind bar and coffee

D: Probably a chicken salad from Moes... I am so lazy this week!

Exercise: Taking it easy today. I wanna just do a 30 minute walk at lunch.  I have already run 3 times this week and I need a break!

Happy Thursday -- I'm ready for a mellow weekend.  We had a convention last weekend, so it kind of feels like two work weeks smooshed together.  Ready to chill.  My body is acting all weird maybe from the time change, but my sleep is terrible, so I'm hoping I can catch up a bit. 

 

Also -- the Crossfit Open starts tonight!!!!  Well the first workout gets posted tonight.  I will probably do it tomorrow.  Today active recovery is programmed at the gym.  I will probably do the olympic lifting as well, just b/c I love it.  I ussually go relatively light weight during that and focus on form, so it should be fine, but I'll double check with my coach first.  

B - fit frappe & coffee

L - leftover chinese (we order one night and I'm set for days!)

S - chobani flip & protein shake

D - chicken w/ veg

S - cottage cheese & berries (if I make it to the store -- the fridge is bare)

E - crossfit (active recovery & mobility) + olympic lifting

I had an arm lift 2 years ago, and love it. My arms were my biggest disgust since you can see them all the time. Belly flab can be more covered up with clothing, to a better extent. I hope one day I can have a LBL and such.

B 1/2 greek yogurt with 1tbsp granola, 2 sausage links

S trying not to but if needed the other half of the greek yogurt but no granola, or nuts

L the other half of a half of leftover beef burrito - the insides and cheese

D no idea, working late and didn't bring a meal. Crap. Maybe a yogurt before I get home to hold me over.
