Yesterdays totals: Calories-1355, Fat-56.3g, Fiber-7.3g, Carbs-96.9g, Sodium-1676.4mg, Protein-116.6g, Water-80 floz.  Daily Calorie Composition: 28% from carbs, 38% from fat and 34% from protein.

Breakfast - veggie omelet and oatmeal muffins

Lunch - salmon

dinner - chicken in thai peanut sauce

Just got home from visiting family, so breakfast was not under my control.  I'm getting back on track now.

It's 70 degrees in Boston.  I can't believe this weather!

Protein Shake for breakfast.

?evapi (see picture, minus the bread) and Pivo for lunch.

Cleveland Kurentovanje was a blast even after VSG!  I am happy I can still enjoy great Slovenian food, just in much smaller quantities.

Some Kielbasa and cheese for dinner.
