Good morning! It's a rainy Wednesday here. I'm getting ready to head off to fitness classes and then I get to read for the rest of the day! Well, read and cook dinner and put away laundry. But mainly I'll be reading.

1: protein shake
2: leftover bonchon chicken
3: chicken parmesan (I'll be making a LOT of chicken parm tonight for freezing so my family doesn't have to live on pizza post-op.)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: pilates class, yoga class!

I'm up and going earlier this morning..awards day at my son's school. Need to go do some shopping as well, but hate doing it in the rain..we shall see.

D depends on whether I go shopping..have plenty of stuff in the freezer, so may pull out some chicken or fish

Vitamins in. Brought my water bottle with me. Probably just walking today..may pop in a dvd if no break in the rain.

I GOT SLEEP LAST NIGHT! The kids only woke me once, early in the evening. I got six and a half uninterrupted hours of sleep. HALLELUJAH!

I was low on water yesterday. Will have to work on that today.

Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1226, Fat-53g, Fiber-9.8g, Carbs-60.3g, Sodium-1641.7mg, Protein-125.1g, Water-1375ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 20% from carbs, 39% from fat and 41% from protein.

Yesterday was truly a wash out rain day. We had down pours so bad that the roof/wall are leaking in two of the bedrooms in the beach house we're staying in. We were also briefly under a tornado warning which is disconcerting in a 3 story beach house on stilts!

I had chili for the first time ever yesterday. I've been missing out, it's good! It's also hard to know how much to track for when you don't make it yourself. Oh and I bought myself a backpack from the Coach outlet I'm in love!

The weather is kind of yucky here as well. My steps have been low lately because there is just no desire to go for a walk in the dreary wet afternoon during lunch. I'm trying to wander the office a bit to ensure I'm not at 2000 steps when I leave the office for the day.

Hey everyone! Happy Hump Day! It's going quickly again! Meeting up with a friend tonight after work. Need to talk her into walking while we visit, as it is the wonderful/yet not so wonderful monthly birthday treat day at work.

B- Banana Premier in my coffee, 2 strawberries, 1 deviled egg, 1 genoa/cheese/red pepper skewer

S- bacon wrapped lil' smokie

L: 1/2 PepperJax grilled chicken philly salad, no dressing

D: Other 1/2 PepperJax salad

Water and vite/supplements: on track

Walking at least an hour total today to help with the extra calorie intake.

Anybody catch the 2nd episode of Downward Dog last night? It is a cute premise/show, but there is just something not jiving with me about it. Can't name it, but I love the dog, so I'll continue to view!

No rain here yet in southern Ohio but it's suppose to storm later. I'm still trying to catch up on sleep from the weekend. Was hard to get up this morning.

Sounds like most of us are having interesting weather today! It has been so windy here for the past 12 hours I am surprised we haven't lost our power. Supposed to be 80mph on the east side of the state, thank goodness I am in the NW corner!
