Morning all! Yesterday was an odd food day. I had 500 calories left to eat at 7pm, and I had to get my protein in. I ended up having a couple yogurts and a yummy protein bar. Got in my steps - in the kitchen. Weird day.
Yesterdays #'s: Calories-855, Fat-31.4g, Fiber-2g, Carbs-37.7g, Sodium-1170.2mg, Protein-107.3g, Water-2372ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 17% from carbs, 33% from fat and 50% from protein.
AM: Espresso, Vanilla PP, SF Torani Peppermint
BR: Salsa chicken, sour cream, cheese - out of salsa

We bought a camp back in April and have not yet had the time to take the kids up there for an overnight. We were supposed to go this weekend, but someone offered to take our kids for the weekend and it's our 10th Anniversary so I wasn't going to turn that down. So, we opted to go last night. What a terrible plan. No one slept well at all, and I know I'm dragging today!
