It was a crazy whirlwind weekend and so much fun celebrating my 10th anniversary! Now I just need to get through this week, which is crazy because it's the last week of school for the kids and all the activities that come with it. Then, next Wednesday we leave to go to MD again for 10 days. Spending the first few days in Prince Frederick with a friend and then on to Ocean City for a few days before going home!

What a great vacay to look forward to, Erin! Awesome job on the steps, Rachel. I had good intentions yesterday! Reverted to old behaviors last night ... activity was awesome but eating "out of whack." Staying focused today and I WILL adhere to my program.

I'm having one of those weeks were my body likes to suddenly drop a lot of weight. I'm down 5 pounds in one week alone. It's not that I don't mind it but usually once it stops I'll stall for a bit and that gets frustrating but I just keep plugging through it.

I just came through one of those and now I'm in the stall. I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks and now I've been bouncing up/down in the same pound for 10 days!
