Just wondering how everyone proved there prior weight loss attempts for Amerigroup

I don't know about this specific insurance but most take your word for the past stuff. That is why they have a 3-6 month period before you get approved. They take this time as your attempt to lose weight. You meet with a NUT and a dr to work on the proper eating. Call your company for my specifics, that is the only way you will know for sure what is required and how you qualify.

I don't know about Amerigroup specifically, but most insurance companies ask for a 3-5 year weight history from your Primary Physician.
