Simple yogurt set with SF jello (sorta a chiffon)

Just thought I post a quick and easy option to flavor yogurt. Take 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 cup boiling water, and 1 small box jello. Dissolve the jello in the water first, then stir it into the yogurt. It sets quite firm and the jello flavors it beautifully. I prefer using 1.5 cups yogurt- a little less like a Jello jiggler consistency that way, but most recipes online go with 1 cup. Lime and lemon are my favorite, but this would work obviously with any flavor. It takes several hours to set up.

Oh never thought about that! It would be good in smoothies or protein shakes too from frozen!
