Nope! Everyone goes through a three week stall (even though it may happen between 2-5 weeks!) Hang in there...next week will be better!

5'5" 64 year old; HW 219; SW 199; CW 129; GW 145ish (original)...now on to "ideal" (138)...got that...now a few spare (132)...got that one, too! Now for the 120's!! Made them...now for the "dream" weight...125! Well, that one's proving to be a little tougher!

Mine didn't hit until week 5, but then it lasted three weeks. Just broke this week!

There's no calorie count in my nutrition paperwork but I'm meeting my protein goal and am below the carb and far limits listed. My surgeon had me slowly introduce purees a wk after surgery.

Totally normal. Search for "3 week stall." :)

This is why I love using TrendWeight, since when things like this happened it didn't bother me because I could see I was still trending in the right direction. I highly recommend it!

This is the point where most people switch from liquids to real food and, even if that's not the case for your diet progression, it's the point where lots of bodies seem to say, "OMG WTF WHAT ARE YOU DOING" and dig their heels in and STOP.

Stick to your plan. It'll be great.
