I know is personal and everyone may be a bit different. But I would like to have an idea of what people take everyday

I read about infusions... that sounds hard.... why is that necessary?

TIA

I take Bariatric Fusion chewable's. I stick with them because I only have to take two each morning and night.

My magnesium has always been low, and I take extra B12 and copper because the multi I take doesn't have it (I'm too cheap to buy the expensive bariatric vitamins I originally took...my combo is more pills but still cheaper!). Also, I take meds that make me have to wait to take my multi, so my schedule starts later than some:

11am Multivitamins, copper, B12 sublingual, PPI

1pm Calcium citrate/Vit D3 chewy bite

6pm Magnesium citrate, calcium citrate/Vit D3 chewy bite

10pm B12 sublingual

I take 2 OptiSource bariatric chewables in the AM and 2 in the PM. I also take a vitamin D3 in the AM because mine has always been on the low side and a magnesium in the PM because I have wicked foot cramps during the night.

Is funny the variation... I hate taking medications... so this will also be an adjustment!!!

i have so many adjustments to do in my life... it feels a bit overwhelming!

Tomorrow is my first appt since surgery, hoping to get the go ahead to eat full liquids, have not been able to drink much protein this week, but my water has been great.

Thanks so much for your support!!

Morning: multi, iron

Bedtime: multi, calcium, psych meds

Infusions are necessary when your iron drops low enough that pills don't raise your numbers enough. My iron is dangerously low, so I have an appointment with a hematologist next month and I will undoubtedly end up with infusions.
