Morning VSGers! My husband is teaching a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Rider Course today so I was up with him early but did manage to go back to sleep for awhile. My weight is up from last week, and it's so hard not to feel disappointed with that! Logically I know that I lifted hard this week and I'm super sore, so there is all kinds of water weight around. But my stupid brain doesn't care about that. Going back to basics today, because I want to see 145 damn it!

E: I'm going to take the kids on a hike to hopefully pick some blueberries!

Look how small my waist is now! I just need to be happy with that right?!

I have another ****tail hour event this evening that's catered. Debating whether to eat dinner before I go and avoid the food there or try moderating what I eat there.

You look amazing Erin! Along with the water, there is probably a lot of inflammation from lifting hard as well. I'll bet you will be down again in a few days:-)

Off to the funeral in an hour, these are old homesteading families and boy can they cook! There will be a lot of food there too Cecily:-)

Good morning,

Yesterday I had something scary happen to me, shaking, extremely hot and felt like i was going to pass out. Finally got to the kitchen to make my lunch. It still wasn't better so I ate 2 protein bars and pineapple rings and some of it juice. Finally started to come out of it. Got very tired so I took a nap.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

D yellow squash taco casserole and corn on the cob

S egg salad and cucumber

Think I'm gonna continue the same plan I had last week by doing almost a liquid phase. I was able to break my stall and starting to feel more restriction again. I'm allowing atleast one meal to be a more dense protein, so it's not all fluids.

Good morning fellow former fatties in training!

Got up at 7:30 a.m. today and went for a 13k walk in the beautiful 95º heat, which puts me at negative 1,000 calories to start the day! :-)

Feeling great, though my feet are a little tender at just right this moment... Need to buy new running shoes, they only last three months, and I'm a little over that. :-p

Just weighed, and I am now at my junior/senior (high school) weight. 11 pounds to being OVERWEIGHT!!

Looking good Erin! Worked at the shop this morning until the heat index kicked in and man is it scorching hot today..I had to come home and chill. No matter how much protein and liquid I push I just cannot tolerate the heat right now. It just zaps everything out of me. I sometimes still struggle with the dizzy spells..my BP is much lower than it used to be and I have been trying for at least 100 oz. of liquid.

Vitamins in. Water at 75 oz and still going. Maybe a walk when the sun goes down.

I'm thinking it's pointless for me to post on this thread until my job is over and the heat lets up. In the meantime, I literally eat the same thing almost every day! lol I'm so tired when I get home, I don't have the energy to fix anything, so I grab what's easy, and that's the smoked pulled pork I like so much! I am switching from turkey snack sticks to ham for lunch next week, but that's about the only difference! Oh well, for what it's worth...
