I've got some work to do for my business today once our Airbnb guest leaves. Plus, I'm insisting that the kids clean their rooms. So I guess it will be a home day today! Still maintaining that same weight I can't seem to get past.

M1: Coffee w/ Premier Protein

M2: Salmon and Shrimp (or just salmon, depending on how much I have left)

M3: Shrimp and Chicken (or just shrimp)

M4: Chicken Thigh

M5: Yogurt w/ PB2 and almonds

E: Dragging boxes up and down the stairs! Tomorrow is upper body with my trainer.

Good morning! Not sure what the day holds. I'm reading a great book (very suspenseful!) called The Woman in Cabin 10. So that is definitely on my to do list.

Morning all.

Been a busy few days and eating out a lot which is not my norm. Lots of salads with chicken or steak and no dressing and I'm ok with that, but PMS is strong this month so there are craving challenges there. I find myself eating SF Jello and SF mints to get that sweet hit I want during PMS. Must shut that down ASAP as it's a slippery slope for me.

B: coffee with cream/suger, HB egg, luncheon meat (ham/beef)

S: homemeade protein shake

L: leftover salad with steak, no dressing, extra cheese added in

S: string cheese and HB egg

D: probably BBQ pork chop with remaining salad greens

L: 2L water plus tea and coffee

E: 30 min neighborhood walk (forest fire smoke is finally dissipating)

Gonna go see my parents today. Spent yesterday binging on Agents of SHIELD. I'm such a Marvel girl! My legs are starting to feel refreshed today. But I'm on the fence about walking today or waiting until tomorrow.

L: last 2 pieces of leftover pesto pizza

We are out of town helping a friend prepare his house for sale. Yesterday I loaded almost 6000 pounds of scrap metal into his truck and recycled it. Multiple trips to storage. Burning wood from the fence that he replaced and paperwork. Also eating weird. I had half of a sandwich yesterday as well as Hawaiian food for dinner including grilled pineapple. Friday night while burning I had 4 marshmallows. Last night I had 2 smores. Yep, a bit off track here. We are headed home tonight.

Weird eating for me since I'm not at home and I left my protein powder at home. WTF. I always pack that stuff.

Yesterday was
1: scrambled eggs w/ cheese
2: deli turkey, cheese, slice of tomato
3: salmon, few bits of broccoli/kale slaw
4: mint chocolate chip cookie sandwich (the venue had these perfectly sized ice cream sandwiches - it was awesome)

Today is looking like
1: scrambled eggs w/ cheese
2: two ears of FRESH LOCAL CORN OMG YUM
3: whatever the cafe at my mom's CCRC has - they've always got some sort of tasty protein option!

Yesterday we walked a LOT around Longwood Gardens and today I hope to get some ping pong in if my body is compliant. Great visit so far and I'm heading home super early tomorrow morning so I can be home in time for my PCP pre-op for reconstructive surgery #2.
