I want to cook today any recipe ideas? I am not a fan of ricotta. But feel free to share anything.

That sounds good! My only complaint is that they didn't say the serving size.

Yep, 4! I think I considered mine 6 servings, because I couldn't eat a 1/4 of the pan in the early days. Now I could.

It depends on what you're eating at this point in your program. I suggest checking out Eggface's page. She has recipes for every stage of post WLS eating.

At three weeks out, my go-tos were these two things:

1/4 cup ricotta cheese (you don't like...maybe mashed cauliflower instead?) on a plate with garlic salt sprinkled on it, with a little spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese on that, microwaved til melty;

and,

1/4 cup of refried beans, with a little taco sauce on them, and shredded cheddar cheese on that, microwaved til melty.

Amazing how STUFFED you feel on that teeny bit of food!! :D
