Hi Everyone! I just joined OH today - but have my VGS surgery scheduled for 11/16. I'm nervous but excited. I'm on day 4 of my pre-op diet which has been a little easier then I expected. I'm excited to see there are several of us who will be starting around the same time! Good luck to all of you!!

Oddly enough for me no pre-op Diet was required by my Surgeon. Once the nutrition class was done my understanding as to why was answered.
