Good morning everyone! Another cold, gray and gloomy day here today. We are supposed to be sunny all week long, but our inversion is so bad the sun can't even peek through a little bit.

No major plans for the day, I might do some holiday baking and tuck them away in the freezer immediately and out of my sight.

QOTD-If I am set up, organized, have everything I need and a glass of wine I can be an excellent wrapper.

B-2% Fage(4oz) w/2tsp SF pudding mix and 2tbsp pumpkin seeds

L-PP shake

S-Chai tea w/cream & stevia

D-Homemade turkey meatball soup

E-Hike with my dog Emmy this afternoon

Have a wonderful day!

Good Morning All - Friday for me and its been a longggg week. I found a dress last night and a nice clutch bag. Fits like a glove and I feel nice in it - so very happy. All for AUD $23.00 got to be happy with that.

QOTD: I used to love wrapping - bought matching papers and bows etc. These days I just wrap cause I have too and stick a label on it. I am trying to decide if I put up the tree this year as the kids are not fussed but we have Christmas Dinner at our place. We go away on Boxing Day so it kinda seems pointless as I will be the one packing it all up when we get home. On a positive note, my shopping is finished so I will try and get everything wrapt on Saturday night.

B: Leftover Pepper stuffed with Meat Sauce and beans - not really breakfast food I know !

L: 1/4 cup Tuna Mornay and 2 Babybel Cheese - using up some of the meals I made when I started on solids after op

D: Schnitzel, Sweet Potato Mash & Veg

Have a great evening all

Good afternoon all! I had to run out the door for a hike this morning. It was a fitness hike at a 16 minute mile up and down some steep hills for 5.5 miles and I was able to keep up and stayed very near the front of the pack! It's amazing what you can do without 119 extra pounds on your frame... Tonight I have a Christmas potluck for my knitting group of 13. This year we opted for soup and salad (plus appetizers, bread, and multiple desserts). Hopefully I can control myself somewhat. I'm bringing a creamy chicken and wild rice soup from a recent Cooking Light mag. I made it this fall, very yummy.

QOTD: I love to wrap square and rectangle things and am really good at it. Weirdly shaped items are my achilles heel, so mostly I throw those in bags.

B - coffee and yogurt

L - smoked pulled pork

D - soup, salad and lots of whatnot to try to avoid

S - I had a Starbucks holiday spice flat white and cookies someone brought for a fellow hiker's birthday. Tough start to a day full of food.
