My New Years resolution has changed this year

For the first year in a very long time, loosing weight is not something that's on my list. Can I get an "Amen"?!?! That has been replaced with continuing on my journey to happiness and once I reach my goal weight - maintaining it!!

I am so thankful for the change in my life that my tool has helped me achieve this last year. It's still a daily struggle to continue to make good choices and realize that the bad food isn't worth falling back in to bad habits that made my life miserable. I'm so much of a happier person and have become my old outgoing self.

Here's to 2018. Bring it!!! ð?'??

Congrats on your success and happiness. Amazing how much better we feel without all of those extra pounds weighing on us physically and emotionally.
