Your portions are pretty large for 4 months out. I can't eat what you're eating in one sitting at nearly 1 year. You might accelerate those by cutting them down. I think your calories are ok, but maybe focus on more protein and less of the other stuff that doesn't matter much.

My portions are actually less than what my bariatric team wants me to be eating at this point. The mere thought of eating more than this stresses me out though. Lol. All of my portions can fit in a 1 cup measuring cup. (I know this because I measure religiously)

That being said I hardly ever finish all the food that I pack for myself. Once I'm done the protein I probably take 1-2 bites of the other stuff. I think realistically you can cut the total calories down to 6-650 and what I eat is working well for me!

Good morning! I am dragging a bit this morning, maybe it's the rain. It's about 40 degrees here, so a normal MS winter day.

QOTD: I'm looking forward to going home today after work. This is one of the only days this week that I can leave work at 3:30 and go straight home and relax with my DW. I have all my plans/copying/grading caught up for the most part. The rest of the week I have afterschool doctor's appointments, shopping for/with mom, afterschool tutoring, second job, etc. so it'll be nice to be lazy this afternoon. My youngest nephew turns 1 in about 2.5 weeks, so I really need to get started on his blanket that I'll be making him!

B: premier chocolate protein shake

L: 2 homemade turkey meatballs with 1 tablespoon full of stewed tomato

D: 2.75-3 oz. lemon pepper tilapia and 1 ounce steamed squash (isn't it great how long one batch of food lasts now?!)

Snacks: babybel cheese, oikos triple zero (maybe 2 tbs. of PBfit, we will see)

Cal: 595-625 cal, 89 grams protein, 24-29 carbs
