Protein Goal gets Reached Daily

More Energy Than ive ever had in my life!

Gym Life is Amazing!

My hair is Growing! My Dry Skin is under control

My water intake is at 120oz

my only regret at this point is not doing this sooner! I was having a lot of doubt if surgery was the right path for me and I let a lot of people talk me out of doing it for so long until I reached a point in my life were I knew enough was enough! 26 years of age and weighing 320 pounds was my turning point. I know I am just starting my journey and I still have a LONG road ahead of me as this is a lifestyle change but im extremely happy and just grateful to have this opportunity!

Thank you to everyone that have responded to my posts with questions ive had. you guys are all amazing!

Have a Magical Day!

Yay!

Resale shops are your friend. :) I had a real challenge staying properly clothed for work through the first 6-8 months.

luckily I have family and friends that are happily willing to buy my clothes that no longer fit. I have 3 walk in closets full of clothes that no longer fit. the first thing my friends said after my surgery was if they could buy my clothes hahahha! im holding off on buying but I did buy one pair of jeans and a black pair of jeggins and that has been a life saver! jeggins are my new best friends now.

I switched to wrap skirts for this very reason. I'm still able to wear the same skirts that I got 150ish pounds ago :D

Yep. I live in leggings at home, and still bum around in my 3x t-shirts (I'm a 14 or M/L now). I've had to focus on getting clothes that are appropriate for work. At some point I'll be able to update my lounge-at-home wear. :)

It's great that you have a little income stream from your old clothes to help fund your new ones!

This is wonderful!! I'm trying to get the courage to join a gym to maximize my results. I still feel very body conscious when exercising!!! I'm going to get it together though! Congrats on your success so far. Keep up the awesome work.

Thank you! I actually felt the same way about joining the gym. I was intimidated to actually go and I thought that getting a gym buddy would help with it but honestly it did not. I'm 100% motivated to my weight loss so I make it a priority to go to the gym 5 Days a week. My gym buddy was not as vomited so I decided to go by myself the days my gym buddy didn't want to go and let me tell you it was amazing!!! I now go to the gym alone I put on my earphone and get to it at my own pace. I don't know why I was so scared to go. I have so much energy now I look forward to it. Try it out trust me the first time is the worst but once you make it past the first day you'll be the same way. I absolutely enjoy it.
