Coming up 9 months since Surgery 140 down
Started process over a year ago at 394 lbs scales showed 254 this morning and yesterday wow 140 pounds gone I had a few stall months and a few low loss months but That's to be expected. Got to give myself pat on back. Gotta day thanks to OH for advice help and motivation because I never want to look back.

Congrats! Way to go! It's wonderfil to have a community of fellow bariatrics at our fingertips. My surgery is 1 week away. And I owe this forum for giving me knowledge. I know from all of youA Honey Moon Period, Weight loss stalls, & most importantly Weight Management. My oldest has a song, wish I could share it here -its called - KEEP ON PUSHIN!! Her weight is where u started, she doesn't want surgery cuz she said "I like to eat" maybe after she sees me she will go to Mexico & have it done.
