Welcome! I don't have any suggestions about the best tasting broth on the market. I like making my own broth which tastes so much better. You might want to make a big batch before your surgery and freeze it. You can freeze it in plastic bags, after it's cooled. They will lay flat in the freezer. Also, freeze single serving size portions. Right after surgery you will be sipping on the same few ounce cup for hours! So, that's my before and after suggestion. Best of luck to you!
