I'm happy to say that eating CAMAW isn't really much of a change from how I normally eat. I'll come in at about 10 carbs less than normal I think. I didn't feel like today's diet was at all restricting. The only things I eat on top of what I ate today are nuts, peanut butter, 1oz of veggies at dinner some nights, and a dollop of Rediwip on my yogurt. I added mayo for lunch and an extra serving of cheese to make up for the lack of other fats for nuts/nut butters. I feel really happy that at 14 months out my diet is still so limited. The longer I can limit it, the better right?
