Hey all. My name is Jesse. I currently weigh 485lbs, down from 527. I just today started on a 4!!! week 800-900 calorie diet. I survived the first day and finished at 865 calories. My surgery is on April 2nd. I'm from the West Michigan area. Just wanted to introduce myself

Welcome! My grandparents lived in Byron Center....we visited Grandville often!!

5'5" 64 year old; HW 219; SW 199; CW 129; GW 145ish (original)...now on to "ideal" (138)...got that...now a few spare (132)...got that one, too! Now for the 120's!! Made them...now for the "dream" weight...125! Well, that one's proving to be a little tougher!

Welcome! I grew up in East Grand Rapids, and still have family in Byron Center. Thought I'd add that since someone else mentioned Byron Center. You don't see the BC getting multiple mentions on internet forums too often - LOL.
