Easy and most filling for me is chicken and/or light cheese. Sometimes I eat them plain, and sometimes use cucumber slices or lettuce to make sandwiches or wraps to dip in mustard or Bolthouse dressing. I cook several chicken breasts at once so it's ready when I am. ?

Greek yogurt. I use plain, greek yogurt and flavor it with some sugar free drink syrup. Cottage cheese, beef jerky, cheese (I like babybel mini cheese wheels)

My rules said no snacks that early out. But when I was allowed to have a snack, usually it was a piece of string cheese or beef jerky.

you can bake turkey pepperoni and make crisps out of them, any kind of cheese, yogurt, a hard boiled egg, parmesan crisps (you can buy these), a cup of tea sometimes does it for me -recently enlightened to bigelow vanilla chai - I'm obsessed, lol

My plan is pretty strict about 3 meals a day with no snack. Hunger is not an emergency or something that has to be catered to.

I think that your best bet would be to split the meals you're already eating in half. So if you're eating 3 meals that are 4 ounces each now, change to 6 meals that are 2 ounces each.

Other than that, good "snacks" can be things like hard boiled eggs, cheese, jerky (depending on the jerky), yogurt (depending on the yogurt), protein shake, protein bar, a properly measured portion of almonds, a tuna pouch, some deli meat.

Other snacks not mentioned: Toasted Nori, pork rinds, chia pudding, eggs cooked any way, raw veggies (green beans, bell peppers, and cucumbers are my favorite), edamame, sauerkraut, and deli turkey.

That said, Gwen is right on. Hunger does not need to be listened to, just tell it to shut up and wait for a mealtime. Then keep yourself busy and distracted.

Every plan is different, so you might NOT be able to have some of those things.
