What you guys think about this Pizza

I've seen these before. They use rice flour and tapioca, so it's not 100% cauliflower. It probably makes it taste more like pizza, but it also adds a ton of calories and carbs.

You'd be better off getting St. Joseph's pitas at Walmart or something (they are about 9g carbs/pita) and making your own. 1/2 of one makes a decently sized-for-a-sleeve pizza. They are not tolerable for a few months post-op, though, but it's a decent low-carb and much lower-cal alternative.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
