Having a real hard time drinking my water today! I have ate about 4 popsicles is that bad?

SF popsicles count toward your fluid intake. Get it in any way you can, SF jello counts as well. Broth, anything liquid counts. Just make sure you get as close to 64oz as you can.

Due to the surface tension, I can't drink plain water, so I drink all kinds of other things.

Yes, you have to do far better. I think popsicles are equivalent to 4 oz, so you have 12oz of fluid in today. You need 64 oz, so you are a ways off.

I have had to do SF popcicles for fluid increase also. It is good to have an ounce number to pair with it. I have a young child who is on a gtube and I allow her unlimited popcicles because it is helping her increase her oral fluid intake

Yes, that's bad. Set a timer, sip every 15 minutes. Hydration is your number one job.
