100 lbs lighter

Congratulations! Doesn't it feel great? When I lost my first 100 lbs I was at the home center for some things. I hefted an 80 lb bag of concrete mix just for laughs. It was a real eye opener.

It feels awesome! Yesterday I did some heavy spring cleaning, laundry, shampooed the carpets, and arranged my basement due to some mild flooding from the rain. About a year ago I was in such bad shape I had to hire the maid brigade to clean. I was up and down the steps lifting and cleaning with no problem. I feel like I'm 20 again!!!
