Happy Sunday! I just got an email to let me know my headphones are having a $50 off sale for graduation/father's day. I was hoping they would. I've got a pair of Trekz Titanium which I love, but are a little too big. Lance "stole" them from me and I figured that was fine since I could order the Trekz Titanium Minis (which didn't exist when I first got mine). But I wanted to wait until Father's Day in case there was a sale. And there is! Yay rah!

Today is a day to devote to school for me. I have an essay due tonight and haven't done much of anything for it. Thankfully it's a rough draft, but I still need to get that taken care of.

QOTD: What state or country do you never want to go back to? Why? (I'll answer in a reply.)

1: protein shake
2: leftover skirt steak
3: don't know yet

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga!

How about you? What's going on in your world today?

QOTD: Sorry, Floridians, but Florida. There are a number of reasons - weather, politics, Art's family. I just have no desire to give Florida my tax or tourist dollars. Which is too bad, since it's one of the better states to live in for my future career! But, seriously, the farther away from Art's family we can be, the better. If we lived in the state, they might want to interact with us more.

Good morning. It's a glorious day here in massachusetts today. The sun is out but the air is crisp and cool so far. My kind of day.

QOTD: Well, I don't particularly like my inlaws and they live 10 miles away, lol - and I have managed to avoid my fil for about 23 years now...I can't think of anyplace I wouldn't want to go - I used to think I didn't like Florida but then we went there about 3 years ago and I was surprised by how much I liked it. we are cruising out of Miami this fall and spending an extra night in Ft. Lauderdale. I'm looking forward to it.

B: Haven't eaten yet. Having neighbors that I grew up next door to over for breakfast. I made a fruit salad, quiche and pancakes.

L: doubtful after that breakfast, lol

D: leftover prime rib, i assume

E: walk/garden/house stuff

L/V: on track

Good morning! We're heading over to a friends house for a bbq. It'll be in the 90s and very humid so I might be hiding in the house. They have a 3ft above ground pool so the kids will spend most their time in there.

QOTD: there is no where I wouldn't want to return to. There are places I feel like I've thoroughly explored sp they've moved to the bottom of my list, but I'd be open to going on a trip to almost anywhere!

B - coffee & protein

L - yogurt & almonds

D - steak & broccoli

E - wall sits & push ups

Good morning Gwen and menu friends! It's a cold and rainy day here in Montana, thank goodness I got my jungle of a yard mowed yesterday!

I got back from Denver on Thursday then had my summer orientation for my job at the Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center. I start back up on the 24th and very much looking forward to it. My trip to Denver was lovely, the weather was amazing and we ate at some amazing restaurants downtown. Spent a lot of time just hanging out with my brother, sister-in-law and my nieces. I lost 5lbs on my trip which was an awesome surprise:-)

QOTD-I am not very fond of Wyoming, it does have areas of beauty but a lot more areas of brown nothingness. It is at the bottom of my list of places to visit.

B-Bullet coffee

L-Scrambled egg on 1 piece of quinoa & wheat bread(no more after today)

S-Chai tea w/cream & stevia

D-Baked chicken and the veggie pasta White Dove shared on another post

E-Long overdue hike with Emmy(She was at my friends house for the past 10 days, so glad to have her home!)

Have a lovey Sunday!

Good morning from sunny Aruba! We are glad to be on vacation.

QOTD: Hmmm... the only place I can think of that I wouldn't want to go to again is Tijuana. Mexico is okay, but I really disliked Tijuana. Too many people trying to make their living off of the tourists. It just felt like a sad place to me.

2 Years, 2 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 18 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: Eggs scrambled with cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: Either tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese OR Emiepie egg salad

D: ?

S: Nut thins and hummus

Afternoon! I'm working today. Boo.

QOTD: I've only been to Florida once and I did not like it. But, I may end up going back in the middle of winter now that we're closer. It could be a potentially good off season, cheap vacation for us. I really despise New Jersey though. It was a traffic hellhole with terrible drivers and just no.

16 months post-op/Maintenance/131.1lbs

M1: Coffee, PP, Miralax, HC

M2: Eggs, Sausage, Cheese

M3: Salad - chicken sausage, cucumber, lettuce, mushrooms, Annie's Goddess Lite dressing

QOTD: Nebraska. I drive through it to and from MI. It's generally hot, windy, smells overwhelmingly like cows and there are flies everywhere that get in your car and won't leave. And I got stuck in the laundry room of a motel during a tornado there. Bless the folks that live there, what I've seen from the highway doesn't do much to recommend it.
