Two days to go until I change my life....

Wednesday June 27 will be a life changing day. I am feeling nervous but not apprehensive. I am obviously not looking forward to the associated pains of surgery but I'm expecting great things in the coming months and years ahead. I'm totally committed to my success!!

Congratulations! Hopefully, though, you've been working on changing your life already and surgery is just the next step in the process.

Remember to walk and sip as much as you can as soon as you can post-op!

I wish you a smooth and speedy recovery! To be honest, I really only experienced discomfort after surgery, not actual pain or nausea. Didn't stop me from feeling sorry for myself that first night! By the next morning I felt much better.
