October 6 Surgery & far away from home

Hi! I'm very interested in finding some other patients who will have their surgery in October (same as me -- I'm scheduled for Oct 6). I live in Spain, and I feel the distance from home a little deeper with these big changes happening. Don't get me wrong, I'm extremely excited! I have good support from my husband and in-laws, but I just can't seem to find a support system within the wls community over here. So, I'm hoping I can be in touch with others from back home (or anywhere!).
