Just now, we are ending lunch, and in my classroom there was a pizza party for about 40 students. As the kids ate their pizza is smelled up the entire room and I just heated up my leftover soup. As I was eating, a student said "why are you eating all healthy?" I looked at him and said "I need to watch my weight" and he proceeded to tell me that I looked fine, as many other students joined him on that. I just thought to myself, that I wouldn't look fine if I kept allowing myself to eat pizza, and that sure one slice wouldn't kill anyone or probably make me gain weight, but the craving of the carbs and the junk that I would eat because of having just one slice would make me gain!
It was a success!! WHooooo! And, my soup was AWESOME!
I live about 3.5 hours away from my in-laws, not to mention there is no lane bryant around me. So every time we go visit, I go shopping there. This weekend, I had to run by there and make a payment on my credit card and the lady said "girl, you look awesome, I bet you cant' even wear our clothes anymore".........I am down to a size 12 now so I really cant!!
If it has 6 carbs, I would say no.....Eat your Calories (carbs) don't drink them....... I tried the flavored grape water, and it was very good, and I usually don't go for flavored waters like that
Also try the crystal light flavors if you are needing something different
B: turkey sausage/ yogurt
S: coffee/ HB egg
L: Elina's soup/ raw carrots
S: HB egg / carrots
D: grilled chicken with lettuce
S: quest bar...maybe if I can "afford" it with my cal
Ok, Devon I will let you know! It will be next week or so when I get it. I will still do everything the same that I'm doing now.....800 cal a day, 80 protien, 40 or less carbs....... Crossfit twice a week!
I am loosing 5 pounds a month right now so we will see if it helps!

For me, I have to open up tow different browsers (safari and firefox is what I do). On one I write out my post and on the other I open up my pictures. I click and drag the pics onto my post that I have typed up and ready.
WHere do you get CLA at? I may be willing to try it as well and see how the results go. I am in WL mode and it would be neat to have the both of us experience it with different stages. I have about 35 pounds to go and maybe it would help tackle those last pounds???
Love your post! I do that so much and it made me feel better to read this. WE cook meats all the time on the grill and it seems we eat them and eat them but some always go to waist. You view maybe me "see" that its' ok

I agree 110%! I believe that this is the EXACT mentality that keeps many people form ever reaching their goal. They loose XXX amount of weight and they do look good, although not their best.
I posted a picture a few weeks back of me in a size 12 pants. I am so excited about that and for once, I look good. But, I know that if I get to a Normal BMI I will look and feel sooo much better.
Too many of us get too comfortable with being ok and going the whole distance.
Without knowing your exact numbers and just looking at your menu, to me it looks like your carbs would be very high. Refried beans, crackers, pop corn, nuts, those are all very high carb foods. I went through the EXACT same thing as you. I was eating foods that were pretty healthy, but not good for WL. your carbs should not be over 40 a day. Track your food each day and see exactly where your carb numbers, and calories are. Your cal. should be 800 or less. Also, track everything you put in your mouth! I see that you put a salad, did you put anything on it? If so, they will also increase your carbs.

You are right Devon! My husband and I do this often, and it's not just him. He is a "normie" also but he loves sweets just as much if not worse than me. We do this also, hey lets go get a blizzard....... Its all in the head!
