And the Oooppsie Roll that everyone talks about across the boards! Recipe below!

Oopsie Rolls (Gluten-Free Buns)

3 large eggs
pinch of cream of tartar (1/8 tsp)
3 ounces cream cheese (Do not soften)

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Separate the eggs and add cream cheese to the yolks. Use a mixer to combine the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff (if you’re using the same mixer, mix the whites first and then the yolk mixture). Using a spatula, gradually fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, being careful not to break down the whites. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and spoon the mixture onto the sheet, making 6 mounds. Flatten each mound slightly.

Bake about 30 minutes (You want them slightly softer, not crumbly). Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes, and then remove to a rack and allow them to cool. Store in a loosely open sack and allow to rest on the counter before use (otherwise they might be too moist). Can be frozen.   Hugs   Donna

Free range, grass fed, ect... Isn't that organic? Or, do they use friendly pesticides on  the grass and grains? I'm all new to this and learning ! Don't wanna sound like a biotch

In having a bigger sleeve, I got everything they said may not happen! The key was not to over eat/ mindless eating from day one... With a 42f sleeve and almost 5 years out. To be fair, I can do 4oz of dense protein with nothing else.  I like to add ruffage to my meal, so 2ozs of dense protein.

How close is the closest airport? Would the hotel have shuttle service from he airport! Never traveled alone! Ok, someone adopt me for the weekend! LoL

I had TPN, then tube feed....  had my JP drain for 6 months, taken out because I was moving to another province! And hoped for the best! It all healed after about a year. 

I'm hoping for next Christmas for a couple of weeks! Yes we will!!!
