Hi OH,

Waving hi to all my friends and the Newbies as well.Well I'm 7 1/2 months post op and I'm doing pretty damn well if i do say so.I'm feeling pretty awesome and i'm very happy with my decision to have had this surgery and i'm glad that i did it.Even though up until the last week before my surgery i was having doubt and was even thinking about cancelling. However i'm glad to say that i went ahead with my plans and i couldn't be any happier with my choice.I can definitely saying not having the extra weight on me has made so much of a difference.I enjoy going to the gym no and working out,Last time i went to the gym i did 40 minutes and at one point even had the treadmill on an incline of 15 and even manage to jog.Don't get me wrong although i'm happy with my choice there as days when i want to eat whatever i wanted and there have been times that i've tested my pouch and she made me pay for that mistake.Being that i'm further out it has gotten easier with food,I still don't eat rice or pasta because it makes me feel awful but i can tolerate bread.I have an appointment with my surgeon, pcp and nutritionist next month and i look forward to showing how much more further i've come. When i started this journey i was wearing a 30/32 maybe a 34 but i refuse to buy anything bigger then a 32.I was wearing a 4x/5x in tops.Currently i'm wearing 24/26 and the 26 are getting too big and wearing a 2x on top.My top half is getting smaller then my bottom half,Since my taking my measurements last months i've lost 39 inches since june. It's so crazy how small  i've gotten and even though sometimes the scale is not my friend the inches are just melting away. The biggest NSV for me is that i have a COLLARBONE!!!!!!!!

Topic: RE: 3-Week Stall
When i first had surgery i was prepared for the dreaded three week stall,However when it happens its still annoying as hell...I was like losing half a pound,Then nothing but i just kept on because i know that it was bound to happen and boom i lost 9 pounds....Now I'm five months post op and I'm dealing with another stall where I'm only losing about half a pound and have been doing that for the pass week,Last week i lost nothing matter of fact i ended up gaining four pounds.Just keep pushing ahead and you will see the loss,You got this in the bag.

Topic: RE: Im Numb
I know that feeling that your talking about all too well.My legs went numb from  the top of my thigh to my ankle and it didnt hurt or anything but it was just very uncomfortable. It was almost like a tingling feeling,I noticed that when i started getting in more fluids and even more protien that the feeling went away.I dont get it as much now,Its every so often now.
