Yes I would ask for one. day three was bad for me also I fly into houston and I wished I had asked for one my gate where along way from each other and by the time I had walked from one gate to the other I felt very weak and sick . Just ask for one if you don't need it don't use it.

Thank you 4 saying that. I arm and shoulder and legs look ok but my mid section is nothing but lose nasty skin . I workout like a animal but only surgery will take away lose skin.

WoW! In 2yrs on this forum I can't recall anyone gaining all there weight back they do sometimes gain a little. 30lbs an't **** . Bro the sleeve is the best and safest WLS. You are looking for a miracle cure in WLS. The gastric Bypass will be your last step. what if u start gaining after the Bypass there is nothing else . I'm 24 month 2 days out from VSG and I have been taking bioten the whole time my hair fell out by the hand fulls for 9months then if slow down now I have so much new hair and I think its because on the bioten it works and my nails allso look great because of it. good luck but your hair is going to fall out it happens to us all keep takeing the bioten it will slow it down.

I go 5 to 6 days a week but no less then 4 days a week I have been doing that sence 1 month after my WLS.I have change my workout so mean times that keep your body confussed. At frist I was going early morning doing 30 to 45 min of cardio then going to work and doing weight training after work I lost alot like this. Then I started weight training in the morning and cardio in the evening. now i do 10 mins cardio weight train, 10 more mins cardio more weights 10 more mins cardio and more weights then a 10 min cool down on the spin bike for a total of all most 2hrs. But if I don't I fill like ****

I was self payed.I went to Mexico its much safer then you might think. It was a 8500 total then i think its cheaper now you can call Dr Elmo anytime day or night . If you thru BELITEWEIGHT.Com and talk to Joann she will finance you for I think 10%down and $200 a month.

Hi my name is Vinny Mac and I'm a food addicts . Tomorrow will be two years since VSG surgery I've  lost 259 lbs and I'm very happy about it  But all the craveings and late nite Bingeing have came back . There is not a day or nite when I don't won't to eat. I hate the filling of being helpless over food. Thank goodnees I can't eat as much as I use to and I love workingout as much as I do are I would gain every pound I lost back. I know its all mental but it so F.cking hard. I HATE food its the drug I can't shake. My depression is at a point that It has never been even before wls.I'm not trying to get replys but sometimes it helps to talk about. Yes get rid of the band. My girlfriend has had her band for 1yr and a half she has lost 22lbs and her food gets stuck all the f.cking time she hates it . after the first of the yr she is getting the band out and the sleeve in. If you don't mind how much have you lost.

I was also givein Decaf in Hospital PO. it was so good Decaf coffee and Ice chips nothing better after WLS.
