Monday I will be 21 weeks post op and I still don't get hungry but I get bad craving that are all most unbearable most on time that happens at night when you should never eat but when you can only eat 5 to 9oz even the craves can't hurt you.

Man you guys keep up with your calories better then I do. But what I have learned is you will be surprised how little food the body really needs.I just added up what I had yesterday and it was 970 to 990 calories and that's about what I have every day. I workout 5 to 6 days a week I have more energy then I have every had so I would say 600 to 700 at first when you are on your meshed and liquid diet is OK !!

Tell your husband friend to kiss your but.You are making a great decision for yourself right now not for no one else .You let your man know all the benefits he will be getting from you losing the weight you will be so much more active in every way going out will be better then ever.I hate so one that talks about something they don't no what there talking about.God wants you healthy so if you do make a bad decision after surgery you can only make it 4 to 6 oz at a time not that bad of a decision.

VSG works. When I was at my heaviest I had to go weigh at place that sold grain I went there because the scale was outside and a house scale didn't go up hi enough  I could pull up get out of the car and weigh without no one knowing I can now weigh at the gym I hope I never go back to that way of life.

I love this post lets do it ever monday try not to weigh before monday.

I found out early that I can't eat RICE ,HAMBURGER MEATor CORNBREAD without dumping and I love all of them.

Just do the normal sleeve if you are not going to use the stomach get rid of it. The sleeve is very safe . Everone I have talk to on here love theres I know I for one I love mine.
