Thank You ALL so much!! when i was getting ready to have my surgery i would live by this board like it was a prayer book :) and a couple times i almost chickened out because i would read how some people regret getting the sleeve however, this is truey the IVE EVER DONE FOR ME!!!

Has anyone gotten a hernia after surgery? My dr said he fixed one while in surgery however today I feel a kinda squishy bump inside my belly button... I was wondering cause today is the first day ive felt it.

I havent been measuring however, my old clothes arent fitting that much different in the shirts...  now pants ive went down to a 26! I have lost some tummy fat just not as much as i would like to have lost! I have loss around 85lbs since my liquid diet & im thinkin i should be down a lot more in size however i know the scale dont LIE!! I went into surgery at 440 and im down to 390 now

Veronica... you and I must be long lost sisters! I have been able to buy new pants cause my legs have lost weight & I think my butt has too but not my tummy the top one or the bottom one  however, i am happy with any loss i would like to buy some new shirts sometime soon!!!

Well I'm muslim so I know that...but God willingo I really do want to fulfill my obligation of fasting seeing as though it was my choice to have surgery... I don't know but you are right I should prolly just talk to my doctor.

My cycle was a killler too & just coming off my second one... Went through a tampon & a pad within a hour which is very abnormal for me a lady explained to me we store hormones in fat & were burning threw fat which is what's making us more emotional tired & bleeding heavier so yes maam get checked but seems to be a normal ordeal!

how much I eat... I'm so thankful I followed through with the surgery I went into surgery at 440 & I'm now 398lbs I'm so happy & cant wait to see more melt off!!!

No... I didnt / don't have any problems! I was saying on the liquid diet I felt so hungry & frustrated with the shakes... That the broth was like a heaven send however knowing how I feel now and how happy I am to have had the surgery if I did have to do it all over again & could only drink them shakes I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN HANDS DOWN!! Its all worth it I promise

I CAN NOT WAIT... to find clothes at goodwill that fit me!!! I love second hand stores!!! My husband tells me that when I loose all that weight I'm not gone want goodwill clothes however I'm so exited about it, I think I will!!

I was able to have same as kch561... Low sodium chicken broth saved my life!!! However I do promise you one thing if I could only drink the protein shake knowing how I feel now... id do it!!!
