I hate to post - all of you do so well but you are an inspiration. I'm not doing nearly as well as you all with sweets - though I am doing better. I've been down with respiratory infection so you'd think my appetite would be down too - NOT! Bummer
B - Glycernia
S - 4 oreo cookies (low fat) with coffee
L - salad with 3 oz canned tuna (in water)
5 grapes
2 T cottage cheese
S - 1 Glycernia
S - 20 black jelly beans - BAD BAD BAD
D - 1/2 c macaroni/hamburger/kidney bean/tomato cassarole
3 oz tuna - (for protein)
S - 1 Activia
S - 1/3 c Fiber One cereal
I don't have a good way to measure water - but at least 48 oz. Not back into exercise yet from respiratory junk - but hopefully in next couple days
