Welcome Karen, thank you for posting with us... That said, I'm so jealous...I really miss cereal with milk, I have tried it 3 times since I was over a year out and it just never goes down right, can still eat dry cereal but for some reason when you mix in the milk its a no go...So have another bowl for me again soon and tell me how tasty is was, I will live vicariously through your experience

Yep - I'm a cold one, too! Stay warm! K.

I gotta ask - what the heck is Rochester Poop Bread?  I can't find anyone who has heard of it.

    Thanks

    Valerie :)

Ah Rochester Poop Bread, what a name huh? It is actually very tasty and designed to help with lifes little "movements", I like many others I read about have issues with this matter...Got the recipe from Susan Maria's website, to me it tastes alot like gingerbread and is very moist, and best of all it is helping (always a bonus )...If you would like the recipe, I'd be happy to share, just e-mail me...

Bkfst Crustless quiche with broccoli, ham and cheese(home made). 8oz 1/2 sugar oj coffee Snack 1 pkg pressed chicken lunchmeat and 1 piece of cheese Lunch 1/4 bean and ham soup and small grilled chicken salad w/ranch 1sf popsicle Dinner Chicken and broccoli Dessert carb smart vanilla ice cream with waldenfarms sf carb free syrup
Quiche sounds SOOO yummy, do you use real eggs or beaters? Do you have to put some baking mix in with the recipe to firm it up - I used to have a crustless quiche recipe that used Bisquick light as a ingredient to help give it body... Thanks, and keep posting with us...

I don't know what was up with me yesterday, had absolutely no appetite for some reason. I'm usually a much bigger eater than this: B-nothing(was not hungry and everything I thought of did not sound good) L-lean cuisine, later a glass of milk S-smoothie D-thawed leftover chicken barley chili from the freezer S-nothing(went to bed early) 100 oz water! So far I'm feeling the same way today. I'm loving not having the big appetite, but I'm sure its only temporary. Candy

Candy, I may be swimming along side your boat today, looking over what's gone down today, not much solid food in my day...It's not often I really feel hungry in the first place, but usually eat because its the right time for a meal and still struggle with picking up food for various emotional reasons so most days I do eat and regularly  - today not so good as you will see reflected in the A.M. post...

Here's my Wednesday food - not the greatest : B - 1 c Wheat Chex w/2 T ground flaxseed, banana and 1 c ff milk S - 2 snack pack pb Ritz Bitz, AchievONE L - apple w/2 T pb, 3 sf lemon cookies, sf Jell-O cup, 5 sf Werther's S - 22 lf bagel chips, AchievONE D - Lean Cuisine Vegetarian Eggroll dinner, sf Jell-O w/ff Reddi-Wip, sf fudgie S - 3 oz lf Pringles . Plus I drank my 64 oz water, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 16 oz half decaf coffee and 10 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff Reddi-Wip - oh and 16 oz green tea.  And I treaded for 60 minutes. I'll already warn you - for tomorrow's posting - today has been a sf sweet day .  Oh, well - we're human, right?!?  LOL

    Hugs,

Hey Connie, If you're not human for giving in to the sweets demons than I am DEFINATELY alien  because I think you will see many days there is some kind of sweet treat making its way into my day even if its only 1 piece and when its "that time of the month" its REALLY bad - I chalk that time up to emotional eating, not a good thing, but since I'm reasonably sure I'm not alien, I'm going to have to say "it happens"... Take it one day at a time, I will to and maybe one day, I will conquer all

I hate to post - all of you do so well but you are an inspiration.  I'm not doing nearly as well as you all with sweets - though I am doing better.  I've been down with respiratory infection so you'd think my appetite would be down too - NOT!  Bummer B - Glycernia S - 4 oreo cookies (low fat) with coffee L - salad with 3 oz canned tuna (in water)       5 grapes       2 T cottage cheese

    S - 1 Glycernia

S - 20 black jelly beans - BAD BAD BAD

    D - 1/2 c macaroni/hamburger/kidney bean/tomato cassarole        3 oz tuna - (for protein)

    S - 1 Activia

    S - 1/3 c Fiber One cereal

I don't have a good way to measure water - but at least 48 oz.  Not back into exercise yet from respiratory junk - but hopefully in next couple days Better day tomorrow - for us all!!

Licorice Jelly Beans are my FAVORITE, I get the sf jelly bellies and pick out the black ones just for me...Have to fight with the kids to keep out of the others LOL... Your day does not look so bad to me, keep your chin up and keep posting, checking in helps you to check yourself...
