Bsci final success or back on track users

Hi, I am 18 months out from gastric bypass and interested in BSCI's Final Success and/or Back on Track programs.  Has anyone used these?  Any feedback?  I thought they were rather expensive so I didn't know if the programs were worth the cost.  The descriptions just tell you what's in the package, but you can't actually see what the product consists of.  I would love to hear people's opinions.  Lisabeth
